Zuzana oversees consulting for Global Business Services (shared services) and Managed Services (outsourcing). Global Business Services (GBS) is a centralized model for providing support and back-office services across an organization, which increases efficiency and supports digitization and innovation. Zuzana has been with GBS for more than 25 years. She has led international projects and teams on four continents in the areas of operational excellence, digitization, and automation. She has participated in the design and implementation of global transformation programs and operating models. She has also served as Global Process Owner. She focuses primarily on GBS strategy and maturity assessment, including the optimization of finance, procurement, and HR functions. She has led transformation initiatives primarily in the automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, retail, and technology industries.
