KPMG in Cyprus remains steadfast in its commitment to social contribution, once again supporting the Pancyprian Volunteerism Coordinative Council’s (PVCC) campaign “Back to School Supplies for ALL Children”.

“Solidarity and giving are deeply embedded in our corporate culture. We are especially proud of our people who, once again, responded with compassion to support children in need”, said Maria A. Papacosta, Board Member and Head of Clients & Markets at KPMG in Cyprus.

Corporate Social Responsibility is a fundamental pillar of how we operate. Every year, we design and implement initiatives that generate meaningful and positive impact, with a strong emphasis on supporting vulnerable social groups.

As in previous years, KPMG in Cyprus collaborated with the PVCC and actively took part in the campaign. Special collection boxes were placed in our offices, where our people gathered essential school supplies with great care and commitment. Together, we are empowering the next generation, ensuring every child has the resources they need for a successful school year.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility programme forms an integral part of our corporate philosophy around the world, combining economic and business growth with contribution to the community we live and operate in. We aim to implement specific actions with a substantial impact on our society, such as the support for socially vulnerable groups.

Similarly to last year, KPMG in Cyprus, in collaboration with the Pancyprian Volunteerism Coordinative Council (PVCC), actively participated to the campaign ‘Back to School Supplies for ALL children’. To support this year’s campaign, relevant boxes collecting material were installed in our offices, with staff managing to gather a large number of school essentials. In fact, turnout donated material was massive, beyond any expectation.

At KPMG in Cyprus we are constantly working to create a positive impact on the society, by materialising our commitment in improving the world in which we operate in. We can only feel proud for our employees, who always stand firm to our values and generously contribute to address fellow citizens’ essential needs.
