Extension filing date of TD1 2022

The Tax Department has announced that, based on a Decree of the Council of Ministers dated June 9^th, 2023, the deadline for the filing date of Individual’s Tax Return (except self-employed with accounts) for the tax year 2022 and payment date of the due tax as per the return (self-assessment) is extended to October 2^nd, 2023.

Employees, Pensioners and Self-Employed individuals, whose total gross income for the year 2022 exceeds €19.500, have an obligation to file an Individual’s Tax Return (TD1) for the year 2022.

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας με ανακοίνωση του ενημερώνει ότι, με βάση Διάταγμα του Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου ημερομηνίας 9 Ιουνίου 2023, η προθεσμία υποβολής της φορολογικής δήλωσης για το φορολογικό έτος 2022 από άτομο (εκτός αυτοεργοδοτούμενου με λογαριασμούς), καθώς και η προθεσμία της καταβολής του φόρου που οφείλεται σύμφωνα με την εν λόγω δήλωση (αυτοφορολογία), παρατείνεται μέχρι τις 2 Οκτωβρίου 2023.

Υποχρέωση υποβολής Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος Ατόμου (ΤΦ1) για το έτος 2022 έχουν Μισθωτοί, Συνταξιούχοι και Αυτοεργοδοτούμενοι, των οποίων το μικτό ολικό εισόδημα για το έτος 2022 είναι μεγαλύτερο από €19.500.
