‘Good practices on gender equality’ certification

Theodorides, Georgiou, Iacovou & Co LLC, a member firm of the international network of KPMG operating in Cyprus as KPMG Law was proudly awarded the Good Practices on Gender Equality certification by the National Certification Body for the Implementation of Good Practices on Gender Equality in the Working Environment of the Department of Labour Relations for the first time in 2023.

With this in mind, KPMG Law has committed to identifying and implementing good practices and therefore, encouraging a healthy balance between professional and personal life, offering equal training opportunities to all employees and adopting a non-discriminative recruitment process. 

What is more, aiming at addressing all issues and continuously improving KPMG Law’s practices, KPMG Law maintains an open communication with its people and regularly encourages them to share their experiences, feelings and opinions through a people survey tool.
