Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an email stating how to proceed with your HRDA registration through the Ermis platform. Upon completion of this step, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the participation fee, including any discounts, if applicable. Kindly note that the payment should be settled at least two days prior to the seminar’s date for your registration to be confirmed.

The programme has been approved by the HRDA. Enterprises participating with their employees who satisfy HRDA’s criteria, are entitled to subsidy. Please note that there are limited seats available, therefore enroll in this seminar as soon as possible.

We do not provide a soft copy of the presentation for face-to-face seminars. However, if you would like to request one, please contact us. We may be able to provide it, subject to approval. In this case, the cost of the soft copy will be €50 for participants who have already attended the relevant training, or €100 for those who have not. 

HRDA Note

All individuals who wish to attend our HRDA approved training courses, should not only fill out our registration form, but also complete the registration process through the ERMIS platform in order to be approved by the HRDA. Regardless of whether they are claiming the HRDA subsidy or not, each participant will need to complete their registration through ERMIS as a physical person and then register to our training in order to be able to attend (either as an employee whose company is claiming the subsidy or as an individual who is not claiming the subsidy). Kyriaki Pilia
Principal, Technology Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus 

Kyriaki is a Principal in the Technology Consulting Department at KPMG in Cyprus. She brings over 20 years of international experience in financial services and technology, with deep expertise in risk management, data governance, analytics, and AI-powered transformation.

Kyriaki has successfully led complex cross-sector projects in banking, insurance, healthcare, energy, aviation, and environmental conservation. She has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing enterprise-level data strategies, cloud-based data warehouses, and machine learning–enabled decision frameworks. Her recent work includes the development of ecological monitoring frameworks using AI and the implementation of data governance programs aligned with global standards such as BCBS 239 and NDMO.

 

She has delivered advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions using tools like Power BI, while also advising on the secure and ethical integration of Generative AI technologies into operational environments. With strong technical and regulatory foundations, she has worked closely with C-level stakeholders to ensure that data-driven strategies support both innovation and compliance.

Kyriaki is passionate about knowledge sharing and has consistently developed and delivered training initiatives focused on data literacy, AI adoption, and modern BI practices. Her diverse experience, spanning from financial institutions in Silicon Valley to government clients across the Gulf region, equips her with a uniquely holistic view of how organisations can thrive in the Gen AI era.

 

Loukas Pouis
Manager, Technology Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus 

Loukas is a Manager in the Technology Consulting Department at KPMG in Cyprus and a member of the Lighthouse team, which is responsible for delivering data-driven and artificial intelligence initiatives. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh.

With over 8 years of professional experience, Loukas specialises in designing, developing, and deploying innovative data-driven solutions across diverse sectors, including Aviation, Banking, Real Estate, Retail, and Telecommunications. He has extensive hands-on expertise in end-to-end digital solution design, data management and governance, machine learning and AI model development, and generative AI applications. His work focuses on helping organisations harness the power of AI to unlock value, drive efficiency, and enable digital transformation.
