We do not provide a soft copy of the presentation for face-to-face seminars. However, if you would like to request one, please contact us. We may be able to provide it, subject to approval. In this case, the cost of the soft copy will be €50 for participants who have already attended the relevant training, or €100 for those who have not.

 

HRDA Note

All individuals who wish to attend our HRDA approved training courses should not only fill out our registration form, but also complete the registration process through the ERMIS platform. Michalis Chrysostomou
Senior Manager, Technology Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Michalis is a Senior Manager in the Technology Consulting Department of KPMG in Cyprus, having more than a decade of experience in the technology sector. His expertise focuses on product management, business analysis, and solution delivery.

Michalis holds a BSc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia and an MSc in Digital Media Production from Oxford Brookes University. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Cyprus, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.

Michalis specialises in designing, planning, and delivering digital transformation solutions, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency. His expertise encompasses driving end-to-end product innovations, aligning technology solutions with organisational goals, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams to deliver impactful results.


Loukas Pouis 
Manager, Technology Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Loukas is a Manager in the Technology Consulting Department of KPMG in Cyprus. He is a member of the Lighthouse team and currently leads the Data Engineering and Architecture stream. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh.

He has over seven years of professional experience and specialises in designing, developing and deploying data-driven solutions across multiple sectors, including Aviation, Banking, Real Estate, Retail and Telecommunications. He has extensive hands-on experience in designing end-to-end digital solutions, database management, data processing pipelines and machine learning model development.


Daphne Papaioannou
Senior Advisor, Technology Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Daphne is a Senior Advisor in the Technology Consulting department of KPMG in Cyprus. She is a member of the Digital Lighthouse and specialises in the Business Analytics stream.

She holds a BSc in Management from Lancaster University and a Master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with a specialisation in Marketing and Business Analytics.

She has over five years of professional experience and a strong background in business analysis, data analysis and digital marketing analytics. She has delivered business intelligence solutions for various clients across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas and the public sector. Her expertise lies in data visualisation, particularly using Microsoft Power BI to create interactive dashboards that facilitate business monitoring and inform data-driven decision-making. She focuses on defining appropriate KPIs by identifying business objectives and conducting thorough data analyses to develop tailored solutions that effectively meet her clients’ specific business requirements.
