Seminar’s Goals

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

Participants*

The training is addressed to employees of tax and finance departments such as internal Tax professionals, CFOs, Finance Managers, Directors, accountants and other professionals, who wish to enhance their knowledge of transfer pricing analysis and understand the importance of establishing arm’s length prices for intercompany transactions.

All participants should be currently employed.

Cost

€270 Net investment after subsidy from the HRDA of €120: €150 for all eligible participants*

€270 + VAT (19%) for all participants who are non-eligible for the HRDA subsidy.

Note

We do not provide a soft copy of the presentation for face-to-face seminars. However, if you would like to request one, please contact us. We may be able to provide it, subject to approval. In this case, the cost of the soft copy will be €50 for participants who have already attended the relevant training, or €100 for those who have not.
 

HRDA Note

For HRDA approved trainings, all individuals who wish to attend our training courses should not only fill out our registration form, but also complete the registration process through the ERMIS platform in order to be approved by the HRDA. Please reach out to the HRDA Ermis officers on 22 390 300 for more details regarding this process. Kindly also note that each participant regardless if they are claiming the HRDA subsidy or not, will need to complete their registration through ERMIS as a physical person and choose our training in order to be able to attend (either as an employee whose company is claiming the subsidy or as an individual not claiming the subsidy).

According to HRDA regulations, you will not qualify for the HRDA subsidy if you have attended this seminar within the last two years, as there have been no substantial changes to the content.
 

Discounts available

  • For more than two (3+) participants from the same company a 10% discount is available on the total cost, before the VAT and HRDA subsidy. This discount only applies for participants who enroll in the same seminar, on the same day. This discount can only be combined with the early bird discount and the HRDA subsidy, when applicable.
  • For individuals/legal entities who/which register in more than two (3+) seminars during the same semester (January-June & July-December), a 10% discount is available on the total cost, before the VAT and HRDA subsidy. This discount only applies for individuals/legal entities who/which enroll in more than two (3+) seminars during the same semester, on the same day. Trainers

Volodymyr Serdechniuk
Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, KPMG in Cyprus

Volodymyr is a Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv graduate, holding a Master’s degree in Mathematics.

Volodymyr has a deep knowledge and expertise in transfer pricing. He has been advising local and international clients from all major industries on transfer pricing matters.

Volodymyr has more than 8 years of experience of transfer pricing practice in four different countries. During his tenure that starts in 2014 he was in charge of more than 100 transfer pricing engagements serving multinational enterprises on various topics: from fulfilling compliance obligations to establishing efficient intragroup pricing policies.

Volodymyr was advising clients from more than 10 different countries. One of his major projects includes advising a major multinational company in relation to concluding a bilateral advance pricing agreement.

 

Michalis Fiakkou
Senior Manager, International Tax, KPMG in Cyprus

Michalis is a Senior Manager in the International Tax department of KPMG in Cyprus, possessing more than 11 years of professional experience. He joined the firm in 2018 and  specialises in Transfer Pricing and DAC6. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Michalis is actively involved in advising international and local clients on their transfer pricing obligations and assisting them in the preparation of the required transfer pricing documentation. Additionally, he is highly involved in assisting clients in understanding how DAC6 rules affect their day-to-day operations and fulfilling their DAC6 reporting obligations in Cyprus.
