Michalis has over 30 years of experience in the advisory, Tax and Audit departments of KPMG. He joined KPMG UK audit in 1989 and relocated to Cyprus in 1993. He is currently a Board Member of KPMG Ltd, Cyprus. He established the Tax and Advisory teams of the Limassol Office, and currently Heads the Limassol Tax department, offering complete multidisciplinary solutions with input from all competencies. He specialises in transaction services, M&A, restructuring and assets strategy. With his experience in managing international projects and clients, he has a good insight of international tax law and related tax aspects and can advise on solutions involving the setting up and organization of Cyprus companies and their operations.
