Chloe Karacosta

Chloe is a Senior Manager in Risk Consulting at KPMG Cyprus, bringing 16 years of experience across consulting, professional services, and a London-based investment bank. A certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, she specialises in financial planning, risk analysis, and regulatory transformation, with particular expertise in the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Chloe is also involved within the NGO sector, utilising her Diploma in Charity Accounting and first-hand experience to explore opportunities to support local NGOs in strengthening their financial and risk governance.
