Christophoros has been with KPMG since 1996 and in 2008 he became a Board Member. He is the Head of the Deal Advisory practice of KPMG in Cyprus covering Corporate Finance, Transaction Services and Restructuring. Originally started as a trainee auditor, then moved to Advisory in 2000. Christophoros has advised clients from different sectors including Tourism and Leisure, Real Estate, Financial Services, Communications, Transport, Retail and Medical. His clients include small family businesses, larger privately held groups, PLCs and Government departments. Over the years he has successfully managed engagements in the areas of equity/business valuations, M&As, due diligence, feasibility studies and business planning assistance, debt restructuring, receiverships etc. He is also a licenced Insolvency Practitioner and an authorised trainer by the Human Resources Development Authority.
