She played a key role in establishing KPMG Academy and, as of 2024, serves as Principal. She and her team collaborate with over 50 subject matter experts annually to deliver training programmes —including practice-based learning, digital learning solutions, and various L&D consulting services—serving 1,500 to 6,000 professionals.
