Andreas is a Senior Manager in Deal Advisory at KPMG in Cyprus. Andreas joined KPMG in September of 2019 to build on a cumulative experience of more than 20 years in various sectors including 7 years in auditing/advisory services, 6 years in accounting in the Banking/Finance industry and 7 years in Human Resource/Payroll Software Consulting. His varied career path and experiences yield a unique mix of skills and knowledge covering auditing/assurance and financial accounting/reporting in multiple sectors, with specialist knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services Sectors, software solution customising, deployment, delivery and support with specialist knowledge in the SAP HR/Payroll software solution. Andreas' current areas of focus are around Corporate Finance and Transaction Services projects including but not limited to company valuations, financing advisory, M&A, due diligence and transaction structuring. Andreas also focuses on advising clients in special projects in the areas of regulatory reforms and regulatory compliance, as well as in strategy projects in the context of public tenders. His clients include family businesses, privately-owned limited companies and governmental organisations in a range of sectors including transportation, logistics, financial services and real estate management.
