Throughout her career, she has managed external audits of clients ranging in size and operating in various industries, she was a member of the KPMG IFRS desk and an IFRS trainer. Maria is currently the Head of People, leading strategic HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. Maria fosters a culture of inclusion and continuous learning, ensuring KPMG in Cyprus remains an employer of choice.
