Giannis has more than 9 years of professional experience and specialises in providing tailor-made advisory services to clients from both the private and public sectors, in the areas of human resource management, employee performance management, workforce optimisation, business restructuring and operational excellence, process reengineering, strategic planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, development of QMS, job evaluation and executive recruitment in small- and large-scale projects.
