How can we make budget and resource planning more efficient?

Our Digital Village team worked closely with their audit colleagues in KPMG to co-innovate and create a centralised resourcing and budgeting platform. Gathering more than 200 problem statements from audit employees, the team conducted rapid prototyping and usability tests that enabled them to build a platform focused on planning and forecasting budgets and resources more efficiently.

We developed a single platform that improves efficiency, automatically suggesting the best candidate for each engagement to ensure optimal resource utilisation.
