Inclusion, Diversity & Equity

We recognise that it is up to every single one of us to create a culture of Belonging at KPMG New Zealand.

Inclusion is about Belonging. We’re committed to creating a safe environment built on trust; where everyone can bring their true authentic selves to work and feel valued for their unique contributions and perspectives. We seek to acknowledge, accept and embrace our differences while drawing on the power of our commonalities .

Diversity is about difference, ensuring we have a range of backgrounds and perspectives on our team enables us to provide innovative solutions and creative ideas to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and communities.

Equity is our commitment to standing against systemic barriers and biases. It’s about recognising the historical legacies and current realities of bias, discrimination and prejudice that people experience when they come from communities that have been marginalised. We must acknowledge that everyone does not have access to the same resources and opportunities and take affirmative action to level the playing field.
