Peter Gothard, James Dampney and William Colwell were appointed as Voluntary Administrators (Administrators) to the Tritium Group on 18 April 2024 pursuant to Section 436A(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act). Please be advised that there are other international subsidiaries of Tritium DCFC which are not subject to the appointment of Voluntary Administrators.

Shortly following our appointment on 19 April 2024, Shaun Fraser, Kathy Sozou, Matthew Hutton and Jamie Harris of McGrathNicol were appointed as Receivers and Managers (Receivers) of Tritium DCFC, Tritium Holdings and Tritium (Tritium Trading Entities).

Creditors, suppliers, employees and shareholders should note that:

• The Receivers are in control of the assets, trading and day-to-day operations of the Tritium Trading Entities and will be responsible for any future sale process. The Receivers will be sending separate correspondence to all creditors, employees and suppliers with respect to the Receivership process. Any queries relating to the provision of ongoing goods and services to the Tritium Trading Entities, sale process or any other operational matters should be directed to the Receivers.
• Receivers are not appointed to Tritium Nominee and it is the Administrators understanding that it is a dormant company which does not trade. Should you have any dealing with Tritium Nominee, please email this office via contacts listed on this webpage.
• The Administrators’ appointment is limited to entities listed above. If you are a creditor, employee, supplier or shareholder of an entity not listed above, then the above does not apply and you should direct any queries to your normal contact.
