第一弾対米追加関税賦課商品の一次排除リストに関する公告（税委会公告2019年第6号）
国務院関税税則委員会は、「対米追加関税賦課商品の排除作業の試行に関する国務院関税税則委員会の公告」（税委会公告 2019年2号）に基づき、第一弾の対米追加関税賦課商品の一次排除内容を公布し、2つのリストに分けて実施する。
このうち、リスト1に記載された商品は、2019年9月17日から2020年9月16日までの期間において、米国301措置に対抗するための追加賦課関税を賦課しない。追加賦課済みの関税税額は、還付される。該当する輸入企業は、排除リストの公布日から起算して6ヶ月以内に規定通りに税関に申請しなければならない。
リスト2に記載された商品は、2019年9月17日から2020年9月16日までの期間において、米国301措置に対抗するための追加賦課関税を賦課しないものの、既に追加賦課済みの関税税額は還付されない。
