Global People Survey

The Global People Survey (GPS) is an annual survey to collect our people’s feedback about working at KPMG. It provides leadership with insights on what drives employee engagement, as it measures how well our leaders engage, enable and energise people to demonstrate desirable behaviours and live up to our purpose and values.

Through the GPS survey and listening to our people’s thoughts, we will continue to improve our all-round experience and make KPMG a greater workplace to thrive in.

‘Tune-in’ sessions

We organise small face-to-face interaction groups to enhance in-person communication between senior management and our younger colleagues.

It provides a platform for a lively conversation on various topics in an open and informal format, such as coffee chats or luncheons. Since its launch, more than 40 sessions have been conducted and widely praised by our colleagues across different regions.

    We offer a highly competitive pay, benchmarked against other market players, which is reviewed annually and takes into account your experience and work performance. Our people are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. And, once having passed the recognized professional examinations, we'll pay a qualification premium to eligible staff.
