On April 20, 2026, pursuant to an order (the “Receivership Order”) granted by the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, KPMG Inc., (“KPMG”) was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”) of three (3) vessels owned by Superport Marine Services Limited and 1054084 Nova Scotia Limited together with all fixtures, accessories, and equipment located on, or used in connection with any of them (the “Assets”) pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”).
The Receivership Order was granted pursuant to an application by Maynbridge Capital Inc. (the “Applicant”)
On April 20, 2026, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia also granted a Sale Approval and Vesting Order approving the sale of the Assets.
