On May 21, 2026, the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court of the District of Montreal (the "Court") issued an order (the "First-Day Initial Order") pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") with respect to Ecolomondo Corporation, Ecolomondo Environmental (Hawkesbury) Inc., Ecolomondo Environmental (Contrecoeur) Inc., 9083-5018 Québec Inc. and Ecolomondo Advanced Carbon Technologies Inc.
