Please bear in mind that in case you want to send Chinese individuals to work in Belgium for a period exceeding 90 days, you first need to obtain a Belgian Single Permit for these employees and/or a Belgian Professional Card for the self-employed (e.g. company directors). The Single Permit and/or Professional Card are needed to exercise professional activities in Belgium. Furthermore, a visa will need to be obtained prior to coming to Belgium to allow legal entry on the Belgian territory.
