I assist multinational companies with their investments in Belgium and expansion in Europe, by closely working with and obtaining support from various business units within KPMG, including Tax & Legal, Deal Advisory, Audit, KPMG Accountants, Management Consulting, IT Advisory. As part of KPMG’s Global China Practice network, I have extensive experience in both green-field investments and cross-border M&A projects, helping clients with China-related inbound and outbound businesses. I am also a frequent guest lecturer teaching corporate finance in several business schools in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
