Jorn De Neve

Since joining KPMG in 1996, I have co-led the Belgian Merger and Acquistions team and been involved in a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and private equity engagements. I also lead the Valuations Practice in Belgium and have worked on large and international projects, such as fairness opinions and valuations for tax and accounting purposes (purchase price allocations and impairment). At KPMG in Belgium, I currently lead the Energy & Natural Resources sector team and the China Practice, which looks after the multidisciplinary service offerings to Chinese companies, and am Head of Advisory Services.
