I started at KPMG Audit in 1993 and co-founded the KPMG Deal Advisory department in 1998. I head the Private Equity and Deals Strategy service offerings. I have worked on numerous valuations, mergers & acquisitions, private equity financing, management buy-ins and management buy-outs. I have also gained extensive experience in the business and financial analysis of companies. I am also a teacher at various institutions and MBA programs. Amongst others, I am a professor of International Business Strategy at Ghent University.
