On 28 October 2019, Gayle Dickerson, Morgan Kelly and Phil Quinlan of KPMG were appointed as Joint and Several Administrators (the Administrators) of Internet Services Australia 3 Pty Limited formerly trading as Zanui.
Appointment of Liquidators – 2 December 2019
At the second creditors meeting on 2 December 2019, creditors resolved that the company be placed into Liquidation in accordance with section 439C(c) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Gayle Dickerson and Phil Quinlan of KPMG were appointed as joint and several Liquidators of the Company.

Dividend to unsecured creditors – 26 June 2020
A first and final dividend to unsecured creditors was declared and paid on 26 June 2020 at a rate of 55.72 cents in the dollar.
Notice to creditors to submit formal proof of debt or claim
Take notice that creditors of the Company, whose debts or claims have not already been admitted, are required on or before 10 January 2020 to formally prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority by delivering or posting to me at my address a formal proof of debt or claim in accordance with Form 535 containing their respective debts or claims. If they do not they will be excluded from:
(a) the benefit of any distribution made before their debts or claims are proved or their priority is established; and
(b) objecting to the distribution.
