Background information
Ryan Eagle and Phil Quinlan were appointed Receivers and Managers (Receivers) to the assets and undertakings of the Company on 26 October 2018 by Everest Private Ply Ltd.
This appointment follows the appointment of Brian Silvia and Peter Krejci of BRI Ferrier as Voluntary Administrators on 18 October 2018.
The Receivers now control the Company's assets and operations, including “The One Hurstville” at 1-5 Treacy Street, Hurstville.
The Receivers will be working closely with Everest Financial and the development builder Gencorp, to ensure that the development is completed.
