Background information
George Georges, David Hardy, Gayle Dickerson and Will Colwell were appointed as Receivers and Managers (Receivers) to the assets and undertakings of the companies operating pharmacies in the Infinity Pharmacy Group (IPG) on Wednesday, 17 December 2025.
These entities are also subject to the appointment of Daniel Bryant, Stephen Longley, Martin Ford and Mahala Hazell from Teneo as Voluntary Administrators on 17 December 2025.
The effect of the appointment is that the Receivers are now in control of the Infinity Pharmacy Group business operations, and assets. All enquiries relating to these matters should be directed to the Receivers.
