Nikola is Director, Advisory and leads the Performance & Technology team of KPMG in Bulgaria. He has managed numerous advisory projects in the industrial, telecommunication and financial sectors, covering organisational and operational performance, technology integration and information systems architecture, among others. He has also led a large number of IT and operational compliance engagements, ranging from devising information security and operations strategy, policies and procedures to technical assessment of information security. In addition to Bulgaria, his experience spans across a number of countries: Albania, the Czech Republic, Macedonia and Romania.
