Juliana joined KPMG in Bulgaria in 1996 and was assigned the management responsibility for the firm’s Legal team in 2005. In October 2007 she was promoted to Director and subsequently, her role expanded to lead the Legal practice of KPMG in the Balkans, offering a wide range of business law services, integrated with the diversified portfolio of KPMG’s services. In October 2015, Juliana became Partner, Legal Advisory. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice and assistance to international and local entities across a number of industries, including real estate and construction, energy, oil and gas, banking and finance.
