Kalin has been with KPMG since 1996 and became a Managing Partner of KPMG in the Balkans, including Albania, Bulgaria, Kosovo and North Macedonia, in January 2022. He has been acting as Head of the Tax & Legal practice of KPMG in Bulgaria and KPMG in the Balkans since 2005, playing a key role in its strategic development and positioning as one of the largest in the region. Kalin has more than 25 years of experience as a tax advisor, providing tax advisory and compliance services to companies operating in different sectors - energy, oil and gas, real estate, telecommunications, banking and finance sectors. His core expertise is in tax M&A, tax structuring, international tax analysis and advice on the impact of new tax developments, and transfer pricing.
