Siana joined KPMG’s Tax & Legal team in 2007 and became Senior Manager, Legal Advisory in October 2010. She has more than 17 years of legal experience with a focus on procurement, including in-depth knowledge of EU best practice in the area of public procurement. Siana has advised and assisted contracting authorities, financing institutions and tenderers in procedures under the Public Procurement Act, audit of expenditures under projects financed by EU funds, compliance assessment on financing, procurement and integrity review of complex infrastructure projects in the Balkans.
