Mohammed Hassan

Mohammed has 27 years’ experience providing external audit services. In addition to his audit related responsibilities, he has been involved in special assignments including Due Diligences and Reporting Accountants Reports. He has strong technical skills including extensive IFRS experience and is accredited with the JSE. Previous clients include: Tiger Brands, Adcock Ingram, Cobra Watertech, Colgate-Palmolive ,Black Like Me, FleetAfrica (a subsidiary of Super Group Limited), Sturrock and Robson Group and Mango Airlines. In addition to his audit related responsibilities, Mohammed has been involved in special assignments including Due Diligences and Reporting Accountants Reports. In early 2016 Mohammed worked on the Pre-Listing Statement for Bidcorp (BidFood) and has completed the June 2016 and 2017 audits.
