      Désiré Lan is a Partner with over 25 years of Big 4 audit and advisory experience across the UK and Mauritius. He also brings strong leadership experience in delivering strategic and operational transformation programmes. He began his career with KPMG in London, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

      Since rejoining KPMG Mauritius in 2015, having previously worked with the firm from 2002 to 2004, he has led major audit engagements and played a key role in delivering integrated, multi-country assignments across the One Africa network.

      Désiré is recognised for his regulatory credibility and strong leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements.
