Our firm is the oldest firm of chartered accountants in Namibia, having been established in 1947. It operated under the name P J Malherbe & Co until 1991, when it became part of the international organisation of member firms of KPMG, with which it has been associated since 1976.
Our people are our most valuable resource. Since Independence (1990), the firm has been committed to transformation and employment equity. Our transformation policy underpins the way we run the practice. 80% of our staff are black and the women of our practice make up 64% of our total staff. Our current staff complement is 44 colleagues and 2 partners.
