Understanding and Analysis
Review the current data processing practices and analyze the company's roles in each practice, types of personal data to be processed, data processing purposes and activities, data processors and third party vendors, and applicable obligations in each processing practice.
Contracting
(Data Processing Agreement/ Data Transfer Agreement)
• Identify all data processors and third parties, including those located outside of Vietnam.
• Review or newly draft contracts, with clauses to clearly determine the role and responsibilities of each party.
Develop internal data handling practices
Develop/ update the internal policies/ regulations to ensure compliance by the company’s staff.
Privacy Notice and Consent Form
• Review or newly draft the documents.

• Draft the dossiers for filing .
Data Breach and Data Violation Reporting
Review and update external and internal mechanisms to report within 72 hours from the occurrence of the violations.
