Ngoc has been a legal advisor for approximately 25 years. Before joining KPMG Law, she held positions of senior legal counsel of the top ranked Korean telecom group, was the founding partner of a leading Vietnamese law firm, and a partner of leading French law firm in Vietnam.
Ngoc’s professional experience spans M&A, foreign investment, business restructuring, dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial law.
Ngoc has spent her career acting for multinational companies and top ranked Vietnamese companies, including State-Owned Enterprises.
Ngoc has successfully assisted clients going through the intricacies of doing business in Vietnam, cultural difference and compliance requirements to reach their objectives. She is highly appreciated by clients for her timely, strategic and practical advice, client-focused approach and effective counterparty negotiation skills.
