Hao has been with KPMG in Vietnam since 1998 and has worked on a variety of external audit assignments, including statutory audits under local regulations and annual audits of financial statements for local and multinational clients, which necessitate knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and corporate systems. She was appointed as a consulting partner to drive business transformation services for a variety of clients.

Hao is a trusted advisor to one of the largest Real Estate developer in Vietnam in their transformation journey from a private Company to a listed Company. She led approximately 40 advisory team members, including KPMG in Vietnam and KPMG Global to support this client in many different projects aimed to facilitate its super growth.

Ninh is currently KPMG Audit Services Partner. She also the lead of Center for Governance here, engaging with board members, directors, business leaders, and those working closely with them.

Mr. Phap brings 14 years of experience across a broad range of capital markets disciplines, including investment banking, institutional equity sales & trading, private equity, and equity research.

As Head of Investment Banking, Mr. Phap has led several of Vietnam’s most significant IPOs in recent years. He served as lead banker on the IPO and listing of VPBank Securities (VPX) in 2025 and the landmark IPO and listing of Dien May Xanh Investment JSC (DMX) in 2026, which raised over USD500mn. He has also led other notable recent public offerings, including F88 and DatVietVAC.

Ms. Thu has 14 years of experience across transaction and deals advisory. Before joining Vietcap's Investment Banking, she spent a decade at a Big 4's Deals Advisory division, building deep expertise in valuation, transaction advisory, value-creation work, and M&A transactions.

At Vietcap, Ms. Thu served as one of the execution leads on the landmark IPO and listing of Dien May Xanh Investment JSC (DMX) in 2026, playing an important role in delivering the transaction to a successful close. She was responsible for driving day-to-day execution across the deal - from valuation and offering structuring through regulatory filings, and investor engagement - and for coordinating the working group of valuation, audit, legal and other advisors through to listing.
