With over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in Netherlands and Vietnam and serving numerous clients across different industries, Phuc has helped clients to improve their business through strategic transformational projects as well as projects to increase operational efficiency.
Phuc’s area of expertise include: Program management, Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement, Cost optimization, Strategy facilitation and Operating model design.
Phuc holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University in the Netherlands with a major in Logistics Management and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS)
