Trang has over 10 years of professional experience with expertise in Legal and Tax Advisory at KPMG Law Vietnam. Trang has been providing legal and tax advisory services to numerous multinational and foreign-invested corporations, private companies, and state-owned enterprises across various industries.
Trang is currently serving as the Director of KPMG Law in Vietnam and based in Ho Chi Minh City. She has been advising and assisting a wide range of businesses in various sectors for their business setup/business liquidation, corporate governance, transactional support, M&A deals, and business restructuring. Trang’s sector-focused practices include Trading, Manufacturing, FMCG, Education, Healthcare and Lifesciences.
Trang also has extensive experience working on projects with KPMG member firms in many countries, including North America, Europe, North Australia Asia, and Southeast Asia.
