Tam has over 18 years of experience with KPMG and is currently the Chief Operating Officer of KPMG Vietnam & Cambodia.
In his role, Tam has overall responsibility for overseeing the Firm’s operations, with a strong focus on risk management, service quality, and operational excellence. He works closely with the CEO and the Leadership Team to strengthen governance, support the Firm’s people agenda and culture, and ensure the effective execution of strategic priorities.
Tam brings a diversified professional background, with extensive experience across Tax, Legal and Deal Advisory. This breadth of experience enables him to connect technical, commercial, and operational perspectives, supporting a disciplined, high‑quality and people‑led One‑Firm approach.
