Giang has over 18 years of experience with KPMG Legal Services in Vietnam. She has extensive experience in advising on a board range of corporate and commercial cross-border transactions for various multi-national firms from Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, USA, Netherlands etc. and many foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam.
Giang has been involved in providing both regulatory advise and implementation assistance for licensing procedures for establishment, operation, re-structuring and liquidation/dissolution for the clients.
