Fergus leads KPMG’s Strategy practice in Oil and Gas in the UK.
Fergus is a Partner in KPMG’s Strategy Group. He specialises in strategy, business and operating model design, and performance improvement within the oil & gas and chemicals sectors. Prior to his advisory career, Fergus held positions within the energy and natural resources sector in operations where he gained his status as a Chartered Chemical Engineer with ExxonMobil affiliated companies.
Fergus was Lead Global Engagement partner for an IOC multi-year corporate sustainable value improvement program which has identified >3.5 Billion USD in value across both upstream and downstream oil and gas businesses, including operations in West Africa, Australia, UK North Sea, US, Europe, South Africa, Alaska and Asia. The work included strategy development into delivery.
