Beth is a Partner in the Global Compensation Solutions (GCS) team in London. Beth has been with KPMG for over 20 years, primarily specialising in expatriate tax issues. She has provided US and UK advisory and compliance services to a variety of multi-national clients with global assignee populations. She also has extensive experience in delivering global co-ordination services.
Beth now leads KPMG’s dedicated GCS practice in London. The team focuses on the implementation of cross-border payroll and global shadow payroll solutions for clients with mobile expatriate populations. Beth is the Product Lead for Global Payroll Manager (GPM) and her team is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and day-to-day operation of GPM.
Beth has extensive experience in implementing global payroll and year-end compensation collection services for large multi-national organisations. Most recently, this included the implementation and roll-out of consistent shadow payroll processes in 20 locations (during a six week transition window) for a large Energy Natural Resource client. She also project managed the implementation of year-end data collection and payroll instructions processes for seven of the highest assignee volume locations for that same client.
She has led and delivered payroll transformation projects and embedded payroll change for international assignees. This experience has been gained through significant periods at client’s offices working alongside internal project teams on payroll outsourcing and change projects. She has also led process redesign work streams as part of payroll transformation projects to reflect end to end processes.
