Andy joined KPMG as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in July 2021. Andy is a member of the Risk Executive, and Chairs the firm’s Information Governance Oversight Committee (IGOC) which is a sub-committee of the Risk Executive. He also Chairs the Operational Resilience Working Group, which is a sub-committee of the Operations Executive. Andy is a member of the Gold Crisis Management Team, and is a Chair of the Silver team.

Prior to joining KPMG Andy has performed similar roles at Royal Mail, NFU Mutual, and ICAP where he was a client of KPMG’s. He was a Consulting Director at EY as part of the Cyber and Resilience practice advising Financial Services, Logistics, and Government clients. He also founded and grew a Cyber start-up providing Managed Security Services. His first job after leaving University was as an Army Officer for 17 years.
