Urrffa is a pensions consultant with over 25 years’ experience across both the private and public sector and now specialises in adviser employers in the public sector.

Urrffa helps clients deal with cost reduction and risk mitigation, long term cost modelling and stress testing, the impact on pensions of workforce restructuring, dealing with the pension implications of insourcing and outsourcing, pensions tax changes and the implications of the public service pensions reforms and pensions remedy.

Urrffa has extensive experience of delivering pensions benefit changes in the social housing sector, including advising around member consultation, union negotiation and the alternative pension scheme offer.

Within the Local Authority sector, Urrffa advises on the pensions implications of insourcing and outsourcing, risk sharing and pass through arrangements, and on set up and disbanding of local authority trading companies and joint ventures.

Urrffa has spoken at, and organised external events and industry conferences and has key relationships with GAD, NPCC, LGPS SAB, LGA, DLUHC, CIPFA and DHSC.
