His clients have historically ranged from Supermajors to smaller and equally as important local Operators .Over recent years he has focused on advising National Oil Companies across the Middle East region, and the opportunities or threats that are being addressed in line with major strategic change.

Marlon has an Engineering background and a particular specialism in Capital Projects, plus he helps Energy helps clients to navigate broader strategy, transformation and digitally enabled change agendas.
