Rachel focuses on supporting clients on their ESG journey and developing an ESG strategy which sets up businesses for success in a climate compatible world. With climate risk increasingly becoming part of the board agenda, she focuses on changing the 'mindset' of organisations delivering end to end support from regulatory readiness, materiality assessments to decarbonisation and governance.

 She specialises in managing complex stakeholders to ensure ownership is not only at board level but across the organisation. She has worked with FTSE listed companies and private businesses (family owned) across multiple sectors but focuses on Consumer and Retail and Life Science.
