Thomas has over 15 years’ experience advising public and private sector clients on improving efficiency in managing their built environment and infrastructure. His experience covers Infrastructure Asset Management, Facilities Management, Estates Strategy, Operating Model design, Business Planning, Sustainability and Innovation.

Thomas has worked in both KPMG’s Infrastructure Asset Management Advisory and Strategic Advisory teams within our Infrastructure Advisory Group. His work has included managing engagements and providing technical advice for large, complex transformation programmes, developing business cases for change, cost reduction, and capability, processes and system optimisation – delivering at pace to address the greatest challenges for leaders of asset intensive organisations.
