Nick is a Partner in KPMG’s regulatory practice with a particular focus on prudential regulation (Basel II, Basel III and Basel 3.1) as well as regulatory approvals, licences and authorisations. In this role, he has extensive experience advising a range of banks and investment firms on the capital and broader regulatory implications of structured transactions (securitisations, asset sales etc.), mergers and acquisitions and broader group re-structures. He also lead KPMG’s authorisations practice in the UK and in this capacity has helped a range of banks and other investment firms become authorised and established in the UK.
